Brew Ninja helps you keep track of kegs by monitoring deposits and credits. It's the perfect solution for breweries that want to focus on the number of kegs in circulation, rather than specific serial numbers. This functionality is included in all Brew Ninja plans.

  • Custom Deposit Rules: Charge different deposit amounts for different customers, and set up deposit exemptions for specific accounts.
  • Simplified Keg Tracking: This option offers a straightforward way to track keg locations and deposit statuses without serialized kegs.

Serialized Tracking

Serialized tracking gives you more granular insight into each keg by assigning a unique serial number to each keg. This is a great solution for breweries that want to track the exact location, status, and contents of every keg. This functionality is included in some plans, and available as an add on in others.

  • Full Keg Visibility: Keep track of exactly where each keg is, what product it holds and whether its clean or dirty.
  • Expiry Dates & Initial Costs: Track the expiry dates of your kegs and monitor the initial purchase cost for better asset management.
  • Seamless Setup: If you already have serial numbers on your kegs, simply enter them into Brew Ninja to start tracking them. If you don't have serial numbers yet, creating them in Brew Ninja is a breeze. Brew Ninja supports serial number creation, as well as QR or barcode printing to get you started.
