Simple, Guided Setup

We offer two onboarding paths to fit your needs and comfort level: the assisted route and the white glove route. 

The Assisted Route

If you like being hands-on, our assisted setup gives you full control, with guidance along the way. Your onboarding specialist will walk you through each step via video calls as you:

  • Import your recipes, materials, and any active batches in tanks
  • Create your product catalogue and import your customer list.
  • Count your inventory and connect Brew Ninja to Square and/or QuickBooks Online.

Your onboarding specialist will be a dedicated point of contact for any questions and concerns you run into along the way, and will make sure your data is accurate and ready to go before launch.

The White Glove Route

Prefer a more hands-off experience? No problem. With our white glove service, simply send us your recipes, materials, products, and customers. Your dedicated Brew Ninja rep will take care of the rest.

Once everything’s set up, we’ll review it together and show you how to add new recipes, products, and customers moving forward. You’ll start confident, organized, and ready to use Brew Ninja from day one.

Getting Your Team Onboard

The key to success with any new software is getting everyone on the same page. We’ll guide your entire team through how Brew Ninja fits into their day-to-day work. Every brewery is unique, so we make sure that our suggestions make sense for your existing workflows.

For Your Production Team

We’ll show your brewers how to:

  • Schedule brews, forecast material usage and place purchase orders.
  • Customize brew sheets and record brewing activity.
  • Log packaging runs and generate production reports.

They’ll have a clear view of what’s coming up in production and what materials they’ll need to make it happen.‍

For Your Sales Team

Your sales team will learn how to:

  • Use Brew Ninja’s CRM to manage relationships and orders.
